A collection of Ty Beanie Baby plush toys and a Beanie Babies Millennium Calendar. The plush toys are manufactured from synthetic plush fabric and contain plastic pellet and polyester fibre filling. Most items are marked with the red heart-shaped ty swing tag and a corresponding fabric tush tag. The lot includes a Millennium Calendar in its original transparent wrapping, printed with Beanie Babies Millennium Calendar and the red ty logo.
The assortment includes a variety of animal characters. Birds are represented by an eagle, a turkey, two owls, and a penguin wearing a festive hat. The aquatic selection features a pink octopus, a tie-dye crab, a walrus, and a seal. Other items in the lot include a hedgehog, a giraffe, a pumpkin, a white ghost, and various bears in differing colours and styles.
Condition report:
The collection is in good vintage condition with bright colours visible throughout. Surface dust is present across the group (Photos 1-5). Many plushies retain their original swing tags, some of which are housed in plastic protectors (Photo 1). The pink octopus has a white adhesive label adhered to the fabric on its head (Photo 2). There is evidence of minor compression due to the storage of the items (Photo 1). The calendar is sealed in its original shrink wrap.
