A Lladró porcelain Daydreams figurine with presentation case. This glazed porcelain figure depicts a seated young girl wearing a wide-brimmed pale blue hat and cradling a Siamese cat in her arms. The girl is dressed in a long white gown featuring purple floral motifs around the hem and a pink textured bodice. The hat is decorated with intricate, multi-coloured handmade porcelain flowers. The underside of the base features a blue stamped mark depicting the Lladró tulip symbol above the name ‘LLADRÓ’, followed by ‘HAND MADE IN SPAIN’ and a copyright notice for ‘DAISA 1996’. The number ‘6400’ is incised into the porcelain. The base also carries two small circular white adhesive labels reading ‘035’ and ‘706’. The item is accompanied by its original grey Lladró cardboard box, which bears a product label printed with the reference number ‘06400’, the Spanish title ‘JUVENTUD SOÑADORA’, and the English title ‘DAYDREAMS’.
Condition report:
The figurine appears to be in excellent condition with no visible chips, cracks, or evidence of restoration. The intricate handmade flowers on the hat, which are particularly susceptible to damage, appear complete and intact. The original box shows light storage wear but remains structurally sound.
