This lot comprises a large two-storey Green Gables style wooden dollhouse featuring a detailed furnished interior. The house is constructed with white clapboard-effect exterior siding and a steeply pitched dark green shingle roof topped with a single red brick-patterned chimney. The front facade is designed with three hinged panels that open to reveal six main rooms, a central hallway, and a staircase. External features include dark green shutters, floral-filled window boxes, and a white decorative porch with a balustrade. The interior is finished with various floral and tiled-effect wallpapers and wooden flooring. It contains integrated fixtures such as ornate classical-style fireplaces, internal wooden doors, and fabric window treatments. The house is fitted with gold-tone miniature chandeliers and wall sconces, wired for electricity with external cables present. A small wooden plaque to the left of the front door reads Green Gables in cursive script, and the door is marked with a gold-tone number 22. This lot comprises the dollhouse only; background items shown in the images are not included.

Condition report:

The dollhouse is in good condition with minor cosmetic wear consistent with use. There is light scuffing to the exterior paintwork, particularly visible around the roof edges and corners (photo 4). The artificial foliage in the window boxes shows an accumulation of dust (photo 1). The interior rooms appear well-maintained, although some loose wiring and electrical components are visible on the floors (photo 5). The metal hinges are functional and the front panels open smoothly. The electrical system and lighting are untested.
