This lot comprises a vintage 9 carat gold and platinum crossover ring. The piece is designed in a toi et moi style with a diagonal bypass configuration, featuring two round-cut clear stones, possibly diamonds or white sapphires. Each stone is housed in a tiered platinum illusion setting, designed to enhance the perceived size of the gemstones. The shank is constructed from yellow gold and is stamped to the interior with the characters 9CT PLAT. Accompanying documentation indicates the piece has an approximate weight of 1.67g.

Condition report:
The ring is in a used vintage condition. The yellow gold shank shows surface scratches and minor abrasions consistent with regular wear (photo 2). There is some slight thinning to the band at the base (photo 2). The platinum settings show wear to the claws, though the stones appear to be held securely (photo 1). The stones would benefit from professional cleaning to remove accumulated surface grime (photo 1).
