A collection of assorted folding pocket knives in various styles and handle materials. This lot includes a wooden-handled utility knife with a rotating metal locking collar, bearing the stamped name OPINEL and the words LAME ACIER on the handle. Also present is a multi-tool featuring maroon plastic scales, a multi-layered construction including a corkscrew, and a metal lanyard ring. Another multi-tool is finished with red scales featuring a small red and white shield emblem containing a cross. The group is completed by a utility knife with red scales and a metal locking lever mechanism, and a small jack knife with faux-pearl style scales. The faux-pearl scales are decorated with a green fish motif and small printed text that is not clearly legible. Each piece shows evidence of use and age, with various degrees of surface marking and oxidation to the metal components.

Condition report:

The collection is in used vintage condition. The maroon multi-tool shows heavy surface scratching and wear to the scales (photo 1). The faux-pearl scales of the jack knife exhibit yellowing and tarnishing to the metal bolsters (photo 1). The red utility knife in the centre shows significant surface scratches to the scales and corrosion to the metal locking lever (photo 1). The red multi-tool with the shield emblem shows chips to the base of the scales and significant oxidation to the metal tools (photo 1). The wooden handle of the Opinel knife shows light staining and minor tarnish to the locking ring (photo 1). None of the knives have been cleaned or restored, and blades were not inspected in the open position.
