Condition report:
The lot exhibits significant condition issues across all pieces. Significant foxing and brown spotting are visible to the paper and mounts of the three cat prints (photo 1, 2, 3, 4). General age-related toning and discolouration are present throughout all four works. The mount of the landscape print shows dark staining along the bottom edge (photo 1, 5). The frame containing the standing cat study has a loose internal gold-toned slip or fillet (photo 2). The wooden frames show surface scuffs and general handling wear consistent with use.
