QUEEN ELIZABETH II”, while the second shows a single portrait within an oak leaf wreath inscribed “HEAD OF THE HOUSE OF WINDSOR HM QUEEN ELIZABETH II”. Both items share a reverse design featuring the Royal Coat of Arms of the United Kingdom and the text “H.M. QUEEN ELIZABETH II”.
