A collection of framed artworks and decorative studies including watercolours and prints. This group features a diverse range of media and subjects, with frames constructed from natural wood, stained timber, black-painted wood, and metallic materials. A notable square watercolour on deckled-edge paper depicts a detailed arrangement of seashells, pebbles, and driftwood, housed in a deep-mount mat and a wide white-washed wooden frame.
The collection further includes a square print with a circular medieval style motif featuring animal figures in a quatrefoil border, presented in a silver-toned frame. Additional pieces comprise a small framed arrangement of pressed dried flowers, a coastal seascape showing a mast, multiple mountain and lake landscapes, and botanical studies including a vertical composition of a fern leaf. No manufacturer marks or artist signatures are clearly legible on the works. This lot comprises the framed artworks only; any floor or background structures shown in the images are not included.
Condition report:
Surface dust is visible across the glazing and frames (photo 1). Minor scuffing and wear are present on the edges and corners of several wooden frames (photo 4). The artworks appear to be in good overall condition with no visible foxing or water damage.
