This lot comprises a Bravington Vine Ltd very low frequency metal detector in its original illustrated retail packaging. The instrument features a ferrous and non-ferrous discriminator designed to distinguish between iron and precious metals such as silver and gold. The unit is constructed with an adjustable shaft, an integrated armrest, and a circular waterproof search coil. The control interface includes an analogue signal meter and multiple adjustment knobs for ground control, sensitivity, discrimination, and mode selection. The design incorporates a handle with a built-in auto-tune button and a 1/8 inch headphone jack. LED indicators are provided for red ferrous and green non-ferrous metal detection. Condition report:
The item is housed in its original retail box, which shows moderate wear including creasing, corner scuffing, and residual clear adhesive tape (photo 1). The internal components are not fully visible in the provided images. The electronic functionality and mechanical clarity of the detector have not been tested.
