An assortment of two jewellery items comprising a hunter case pocket watch and a multi-strand pearl necklace in a presentation case. The silver-tone pocket watch features a circular yellow-tone plaque to the front cover and foliate engraving with a vacant shield cartouche to the reverse. The interior of the case is decorated with engine-turned perlage. The white dial displays black Arabic numerals, a secondary 24-hour track, and ornate spade hands, with printed characters reading B, BELACCI, and QUARTZ. The necklace is composed of graduated cream-coloured round pearls terminating in a silver-tone filigree box clasp. These pieces are housed within a fitted presentation case featuring a silk-style lining printed with the name GLORIANA PEARLS. The pocket watch is powered by a quartz movement.
Condition report:
The pearl necklace features a detached strand at the point of connection to the silver-tone clasp (photo 4). The interior lining of the presentation case displays significant foxing and brown staining throughout (photo 1). The pocket watch case shows minor surface abrasions and light tarnishing consistent with use (photo 2). The quartz movement is currently untested for functionality or timekeeping.
