Sold for: £48
A quantity of plastic toy train engines, rolling stock and track, including components from the Thomas & Friends franchise. The group consists of various motorised and non-motorised engines constructed from plastic, alongside passenger coaches and freight wagons in several colours including blue, red, green, and orange. The track includes both blue and grey plastic sections with associated bridge supports and building components in red, grey, and green. Multiple pieces of the blue track are embossed with the letters ‘TOMY’. Identifying markings on the locomotives include a red engine featuring the number ‘5’ and a green engine featuring the number ‘6’. This lot comprises the toy train components only; the clear plastic storage bins shown in the images are not included.
Condition report:
The collection is in play-worn condition. Surface scuffing, scratches, and paint loss are visible across the engines and rolling stock, particularly on edges and raised surfaces (photo 2). Some components appear to be missing minor parts such as couplings (photo 2). The motorised mechanisms have not been tested and the lot is not checked for completeness.
