A collection of assorted flatware and cutlery presented in a wooden canteen and a blue plastic divider tray. This lot comprises various items of table service, featuring a substantial quantity of modern stainless steel flatware with linear ribbed pattern handles and several knives with dark wood-effect riveted handles. The blue plastic tray holds a mixed assortment of vintage flatware, including a service of knives with cream-coloured synthetic handles. The blades on these pieces are marked STAINLESS, SHEFFIELD, and ENGLAND. The group further contains assorted silver-plated items in traditional styles, including the Fiddle pattern, along with small serving pieces such as a pair of sugar tongs and condiment spoons. Other stainless steel pieces in the wooden tray bear the mark STAINLESS.
Condition report:
The collection is in used condition consistent with age and utility. General surface scratching and wear from utility use are visible across the lot (photos 1, 2, and 3). The silver-plated pieces exhibit noticeable tarnish (photo 2) and would benefit from cleaning. Minor discolouration and surface wear are evident on the cream-coloured synthetic handles (photo 2).
