A collection of assorted costume jewellery and cast metal fairy figurines including wooden and faux-pearl examples. This lot comprises a diverse assortment of necklaces, bracelets, and brooches, primarily constructed from base metals, wood, and plastic beads. The jewellery items include a necklace with large variegated round wooden beads in tones of orange and green, a multi-strand silver-tone necklace, and a faceted black plastic beaded piece. There are also faux-pearl items and a necklace featuring pink coral-effect clusters. The lot further includes two cast metal fairy figurines with a silver-tone finish, one of which is seated upon a floral base. A small Ace of Spades motif plaque is presented in a plastic display case with a blue velvet-effect lining. No maker’s marks, signatures, or metal fineness hallmarks are visible on the individual items. The collection is housed in a repurposed Dunewalker shoebox, which is not original to the lot.
Condition report:
The items are in mixed second-hand condition. Most of the jewellery items are individually bagged for protection (photo 2). The faux-pearl beads show minor surface wear (photo 2). The cast metal figurines exhibit a general aged patina consistent with the material (photo 3). No missing stones or broken components are visible from the overview photographs.
