A collection of nine vintage and contemporary wristwatches including examples by Rotary, Sekonda, Timex, and MuDu. The lot comprises an assortment of mechanical and quartz-powered timepieces constructed from gold-plated, stainless steel, and base metal cases with various expanding, mesh, and link bracelets. A Swiss made MuDu automatic watch features a 25-jewel movement with a silver-tone sunburst dial and date aperture. The group includes a Rotary 17-jewel manual wind watch with a winged logo and a vintage Oriosa International manual wind model.

Contemporary pieces include a Lorus two-tone watch with Roman numerals and a fluted bezel, which appears to retain its original protective plastic film. A large gold-tone Christin Lars quartz watch is detailed with a guilloche textured dial and date aperture. The collection also features two Sekonda wristwatches, one with a Spanish day-date window reading JUE 21, and a cushion-shaped Timex watch with a brushed gold-tone dial. A decorative Zunino fashion watch is included, featuring a mother-of-pearl dial set within a bezel and bracelet embellished with blue and clear faceted stones. One small ladies’ Sekonda watch features a rectangular case and gold-tone bracelet. The dials bear various marks including MuDu 25 JEWELS INCABLOC AUTOMATIC, ROTARY 17 JEWELS, LORUS WATER 50m RESIST, ORIOSA INTERNATIONAL INCABLOC, CHRISTIN LARS 3 ATM WATER RESISTANT, TIMEX WATER RESISTANT, and ZUNINO QUARTZ. One watch includes a white adhesive label reading 46765.

Condition report:

MuDu: Significant plating loss and pitting to the case and lugs, with heavy scratching to the crystal (Photo 8). Rotary: Heavy plating wear and oxidation to the case and crown (Photo 5). Lorus: Appears in unused condition with protective plastic still applied to the dial and bracelet (Photo 7). Timex: Moderate plating wear to the edges of the case (Photo 6). Oriosa: Extensive pitting and plating loss to the case (Photo 3). Sekonda and Christin Lars: General light surface wear and minor scuffing (Photo 4, 9). Zunino: Generally good cosmetic condition with decorative stones intact (Photo 2). The working status of all mechanical movements is unverified; quartz models likely require battery replacement.
