A hardcover cloth bound art book titled The Great Western Collection by The Guild of Railway Artists. This volume was published by Guild Publishing, London, to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the Great Western Railway between 1835 and 1985. The work features an explanation by Brian Hollingsworth, M.A., M.I.C.E. and is bound in olive green cloth with gilt-stamped lettering and a GWR 150 anniversary logo to the front board. The interior contains a series of numbered colour plates depicting railway and maritime subjects, including works by artists A. Fearnley, J. E. Wigston, P. Annable, and A. P. Harris. Condition report:

The book is in overall good condition. The olive green cloth binding shows some minor surface soiling and faint dark spots to the front board (photo 1). The gilt lettering and commemorative logo remain bright and intact. The interior pages and colour plates appear clean and crisp with no visible signs of foxing, tears, or significant wear in the provided images (photos 2-6).
