This lot comprises two items, including a modern inset electric fireplace and a rectangular wall mirror. The electric fireplace is constructed with a black metal housing and features a polished brass-effect decorative grate and trim. The unit includes a glass front panel and a red-tinted fuel bed designed for use with the included assortment of loose decorative black coal pieces housed in a separate box. A white adhesive label on the rear of the unit reads Model NDY-19CL-E, SKU SJHM-109YL, Electric Fireplace, 220-240V~ 50Hz 1800-2000W, Date code 202108, MADE IN P.R.C., HANGZHOU LINAN ZHENGJIE MACHINERY CO., LTD, ADD Yankou Village, Qingshanhu Street, Linan City, Hangzhou City. The label also displays the UKCA and CE conformity marks. The second item is a rectangular portrait-oriented wall mirror set within a gilt-painted wooden frame of simple flat profile. This lot comprises the fireplace and mirror only; the wardrobe, vacuum cleaner, and other background furniture shown in the images are not included.
Condition report:
The electric fireplace shows minor surface scratches and general dust accumulation to the black metal casing (photo 2). The polished brass-effect finish is bright with minimal tarnishing. The glass panel appears intact, though the unit is untested for electrical functionality. The mirror frame displays significant wear, including scuffs, scratches, and multiple areas of paint loss along the edges and corners which reveal the wood beneath (photo 3). The mirror plate itself is generally clear but would benefit from cleaning.
