The binder title page is printed with Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II The Golden Jubilee Archive Collection and states it is a limited edition collection issued to mark the 2002 Golden Jubilee. The lot comprises a quantity of commemorative and First Day Covers featuring stamps from various international jurisdictions including Antigua and Barbuda, Dominica, Ghana, Liberia, Papua New Guinea, and St. Kitts. The collection includes a Certificate of Entitlement with the Westminster name and a printed signature for Chairman Stephen R. Allen, marked with the code M621. Most covers feature circular commemorative postmarks dated 6th February 2007 for the 5th anniversary of the Jubilee, alongside others dated 2003. The items are housed in clear protective plastic sleeves within the binder.
