A collection of vintage and modern fragrances and toiletries including examples by Jean Patou, Floris London, Yardley, and Dorothy Gray. The group features a 125ml Yardley London English Bluebell eau de toilette in its original illustrated box and a 50ml Floris London Edwardian Bouquet toilet water, which remains sealed in original cellophane. Also included is a vintage Jean Patou Moment Suprême eau de cologne in a ribbed glass bottle with a cream-coloured presentation box, and a Dorothy Gray Midnight skin perfume housed in a figural urn-shaped clear glass bottle. The lot further comprises a 150ml bottle of Cornish Dew eau de parfum by Pro-Natur-Elle, a Cacharel Anaïs Anaïs eau de toilette in an opaque white bottle, a Pecksniff’s England Fern eau de toilette in a green box and blue patterned tube, and miniature perfumes by Worth and Highland Heather. Labels on the pieces include a printed mark for Jean Patou Paris, a floral label for Yardley London, and a Scottish origin label for the Highland Heather perfume. The collection is accompanied by an empty blue and gold Floris London presentation box, a small porcelain trinket box with applied polychrome ceramic flowers, a floral-framed hand mirror, and a translucent blue glass elephant figurine.
Condition report:
The Jean Patou bottle has a fill level of approximately 30% (photo 3). The Dorothy Gray figural bottle is missing its original cap and has a fill level of approximately 25% (photo 3). The Floris Edwardian Bouquet box remains sealed in original cellophane (photo 4). The Cornish Dew bottle shows a fill level of approximately 65% (photo 4). Minor shelf wear and age-related marking are visible to the Yardley and Pecksniff\'s outer packaging (photos 2 and 3). The large blue and gold Floris presentation box is empty (photo 4). The porcelain trinket box, mirror, and glass figurine appear to have no visible faults (photos 1 and 3).
