Condition report:
The collection appears in generally good to fair condition with visible shelf wear across the spines. Some dust jackets exhibit chipping and small tears, notably to the spine of Marlborough (photo 3) and various Hornblower titles (photo 4). Spines on several cloth-bound volumes show fading and sunning, particularly evident on the red-bound Prinz Eugen volumes (photo 3). Some paper-covered boards show edge wear and minor bumping to the corners (photo 4). No significant internal damage or missing pages are visible from the exterior inspection.
