A collection of cut and molded glass tableware featuring a variety of forms and patterns. This group comprises a spirits or wine decanter with a faceted spire-shaped stopper and star-cut decoration, alongside several wine glasses and goblets with diamond-cut motifs and hexagonal stems. The lot also includes a pair of large brandy balloons featuring a criss-cross and fan-cut pattern, several tall flutes with deep vertical and criss-cross cuts, two plain wide-bowled champagne coupes on slender stems, and an assortment of tumblers and Old Fashioned glasses with wedge cuts. A set of four smoked glass cylindrical tumblers is also present. Several items bear identifying labels: a circular gold-tone foil label on a brandy balloon and a wine glass reads CRISTAL d ARQUES FRANCE GENUINE LEAD CRYSTAL 24 percent PbO, while multiple stems feature a circular pink and white adhesive label to the base printed with a crown symbol above ROYAL ALBERT and MADE IN GERMANY around the lower edge.
Condition report:
The collection generally appears in clear condition with some surface dust throughout. One champagne coupe in the foreground of image 1 shows a visible chip to the rim. The decanter stopper is present and appears intact. No significant clouding or internal blooming is visible in the provided photographs.
