A collection of die-cast metal model vehicles featuring a variety of vintage-style commercial and private automobiles. The group includes a framed commemorative display set featuring an exploded-view Preston Tramcar, numbered 1500 of a limited edition. This set is presented against a red velvet-style backing in a dark wood frame with a gold-tone inner slip, containing an assembled tramcar with Swan Vestas advertising and various individual component parts. A gold-toned circular plaque in the frame reads Limited Edition No: 1500 PRESTON TRAMCAR. The collection further comprises multiple commercial delivery vans in various liveries including Walkers Crisps, Hovis 1890-1990, Huntley and Palmers, and Newton Ridley. Also included are three open-top vintage cars and a 1936 Jaguar SS-100 housed in a wood-grain style window box marked Y-1 1936 Jaguar SS-100. Most vehicles are held within yellow plastic inner trays. One maroon truck is contained in a white window box marked MADE IN ENGLAND.

Condition report:

The die-cast vehicles appear to be in excellent, near-mint condition with high paint quality throughout (photos 1-3). The Preston Tramcar components are well-preserved behind glass, though the wooden frame shows minor storage wear to the edges (photo 1). The yellow plastic inner trays show significant yellowing and age-related discolouration (photo 2). The window box for the Jaguar SS-100 exhibits heavy wear, including creasing to the cardboard and damage to the cellophane window (photo 1).
