This lot comprises a set of eight contemporary style high-back dining chairs. Each chair is constructed with a padded seat and a tall, rectangular slightly arched back, upholstered in a dark navy blue or black faux leather or vinyl material. The upholstery is finished with a decorative line of brass-coloured metal tacks along the lower edge of the seat frame. The chairs are supported by tapered square-section hardwood legs with a reddish-brown stain. The rear legs are slightly splayed for stability. No manufacturer labels, stamps, or markings are visible on the pieces. This lot comprises the chairs only.
Condition report:
The chairs are in good used condition. The faux leather upholstery shows light surface wear and minor indentation marks to the seat cushions (photo 1). The wooden legs exhibit small scuffs and scratches consistent with use, particularly near the feet (photo 1). Light surface dust is present on the seats.
