A contemporary light wood wardrobe constructed in a minimalist, clean-lined design. The unit features a triple-door configuration, with the left-hand section containing two doors and the right-hand section housing a single door above a stack of two drawers. The main double-door compartment is fitted with a full-width wooden hanging rail and backed with a blue and white striped fabric or wallpaper liner. The right-hand cupboard section is divided into four open storage cubbies. The piece is constructed from a light-toned wood, likely pine, showing visible grain and knots throughout. The doors are mounted on adjustable metal concealed Euro-style hinges and the left-hand doors feature inset frosted glass panels. The wardrobe is fitted with decorative ceramic knobs featuring green and black floral and geometric motifs. This lot comprises the wardrobe only.
Condition report:
The wardrobe is in fair used condition. One ceramic knob is detached from the lower section of the double doors, although two replacement knobs in original packaging are present on an interior shelf (photo 2). There are minor surface scuffs and light scratches consistent with domestic use, particularly to the right-side exterior panel (photo 1). A small puncture hole is visible in the backboard of the second storage cubby from the right (photo 3). The blue striped interior backing shows slight rippling and lifting at the seams (photo 4). No other major structural defects are visible.
