A collection of religious items including a large sculptural relief depicting the Last Supper, a set of liturgical books, and various pieces of ephemera associated with the Plymouth Methodist Mission. The Last Supper sculpture is cast in metal with a bronzed finish, featuring a three-dimensional composition based on the work by Leonardo da Vinci. It shows Jesus and the twelve apostles at a table decorated with incised geometric patterns, mounted on a stepped rectangular base with a semi-circular ornamental border. The assortment of books includes a Holy Bible with an Oxford spine mark, two copies of Common Prayer Hymns A&M marked Cambridge and Clowes, two Methodist Hymn Books, and a boxed revised Oxford edition of Common Prayer Hymns A&M. The collection further includes a cornucopia style wall plaque with the molded text ‘Give us this day our daily bread’, two annual reports for the Plymouth Methodist Mission dated 1940-1978 and 1940-1979, a booklet titled ‘Count Your Blessings 1816-1970’, and a printed card depicting the Holy Family. This lot comprises the sculpture, books, and ephemera only; the shelving unit shown in the images is not included.

The paper ephemera items, including the annual reports and booklets, show visible yellowing, corner creasing, and general age-related wear throughout (photo 3). The wall plaque appears intact with no visible chips or cracks.
