Sold
A portable folding rotary clothes airer constructed from a central tubular aluminium pole. The unit features a four-arm umbrella-style mechanism with multiple supporting struts that deploy to support a series of concentric drying lines. The airer is currently shown in its collapsed state for storage and transport. The lines are fitted with an assortment of wooden and plastic laundry pegs. The structure is supported by a tripod-style base with black plastic hinges and feet. No maker’s marks, manufacturer labels, or model numbers are visible on the metal surfaces or plastic components. This lot comprises the clothes airer only.
Condition report:
The airer shows signs of previous utility use consistent with outdoor exposure. There is visible tangling and knotting to the black drying lines (photo 1). The aluminium pole and supporting struts exhibit typical surface wear and light scratching to the metal finish. The black plastic hinges and tripod feet appear intact but show minor scuffing. All attached pegs appear used but functional.
