The collection appears to be in good overall condition. Minor surface wear and tarnishing are visible to the metal surfaces of several brooches and the hoop earrings (photos 1, 5, and 7). The stones in the Shipton & Co. earrings appear secure and free from visible chips (photo 2). The cameo brooch shows no visible cracks to the shell style insert (photo 6). The sequined earrings appear intact with no visible loss of sequins (photo 6). All fastenings, where visible, appear functional.
