A collection of assorted vintage hand tools and garden equipment in various materials including forged iron, chrome-plated steel, wood, and canvas. The lot includes a long-reach manual T-handle tool featuring a chrome-plated shaft with orange plastic grips and adjustment collars, terminating in a four-pronged metal head. Also present is a compact all-metal shovel or coal scoop with a black finish and a weathered wooden straight-edge measuring rule. A black plastic crate contains a heavy rusted iron pry bar, a wooden-handled mallet, a small sledgehammer head, and a blue-handled serrated scaling tool. The group features several spools of wire and twine, including a green plastic-coated wire spool with a red and yellow paper label reading RYTIE 100 METRES PLASTIC COATED WIRE.
Condition report:
The items are in used, as-found condition with significant surface oxidation and rust visible on the iron pry bar, garden shears, and metal tool heads (photo 1). The wooden rule shows heavy weathering, surface staining, and a dark patina throughout its length (photo 2). The orange plastic components on the T-handle tool show minor scuffs and surface dirt (photo 2). The canvas bag appears structurally sound but shows surface soiling consistent with workshop use (photo 1). The black plastic crate and green crates show typical storage wear and scuffing. The working mechanical status of the adjustable T-handle tool is not verified.
