A large rectangular wall mirror featuring clipped octagonal corners and a decorative gilded frame. The frame is constructed of wood or a composite material, finished in gold with a broad border of repeating diamond trellis lattice-work. This central pattern is enclosed by beaded inner and outer edges. The mirror is fitted with a clear glass plate and is finished on the reverse with a natural wood-finish frame and a flush-mounted brown MDF backing board. A printed paper instruction label is adhered to the reverse, reading Mirror Instructions Wood Framed Mirror and providing care and hanging guidelines. The label identifies the manufacturer as Mabousa Iberica, S.L. located at 08182 St FELIU DE CODINES (Barcelona) Spain. The mirror is prepared for wall mounting with a heavy-duty metal hanging chain secured to the frame.

Width: 40 inches (101.5 cm)
Height: 28 inches (71 cm).

Condition report:

The mirror and frame appear in good overall condition. The gilded finish shows minor surface dust and small specks consistent with storage (photo 1). The mirror plate is clear and shows no visible signs of foxing, silvering loss, or scratches. The reverse backing board is intact, with a pencil line across the width likely used for installation alignment (photo 4). The hanging chain and fixings are securely attached.
