A pair of garden urns of squat campana form, manufactured from weathered cast stone. Each urn features a relief-moulded body decorated with draped floral swags and garlands. The lower section of the bowl and the supporting stem exhibit fluted or gadrooned detailing. The urns are cast with integral square plinth bases. No maker marks, stamps, or inscriptions are visible on either piece. The design and construction are typical of mid-to-late 20th-century English garden ornaments produced in the classical tradition.
Condition report:
Both urns show significant signs of outdoor exposure including a heavy natural patina with extensive moss and lichen growth throughout. There is visible surface pitting and typical wear to the rims and edges, with minor nibbles and small losses consistent with age and use. No major structural cracks or large-scale repairs are evident from the provided images.
