This is a late 20th-century traditional country-style one-piece low storage cupboard, constructed from solid knotty pine. The cupboard features a rectangular top with a simple moulded edge over a pair of twin-panelled doors. These doors are fitted with brass-finished circular knob handles and open on brass-plated butt hinges. The interior is divided into two equal compartments by a single, permanent vertical central partition. The unit is supported by decorative bracket feet to the front. The pine exhibits natural knots and grain variations throughout.
Condition report:
The cupboard is in good used condition. There are several visible surface scratches and light water marks to the top surface. The body shows general light wear, including minor scuffs to the edges and feet consistent with age and domestic use. All hardware appears original and functional.
