This lot comprises a set of pine bunk beds with two mattresses. The bed frames are constructed from solid pine with a natural light finish, featuring headboards and footboards with vertical turned spindles and rounded top rails. The set includes two pairs of side rails, a series of internal wooden support slats, and a matching three-rung wooden ladder for conversion into a bunk configuration. The mattresses are upholstered in a synthetic ticking fabric decorated with a repeating abstract pattern of blue, pink, and green motifs. A rectangular white label is affixed to the side of one mattress, bearing the printed text The Pine Collection and BERGEN on the second line.
Condition report:
The pine frames show general signs of domestic use, with minor surface scuffs, indentations, and light scratches to the wood, particularly on the legs and side rails (photos 1 and 2). The mattresses are in a used condition with light surface wear and pilling to the fabric (photo 3). All primary components for assembly, including the ladder and slats, appear to be present and functional.
