A collection of elephant figurines in various materials including a Beckhurst example with display cases. The lot comprises approximately thirty figures in a diverse range of styles. The group includes clear glass figurines with gold-toned accents to the tusks and trunks, a white glazed ceramic elephant decorated with a blue bow, and several matte-finished ceramic examples. One large multi-coloured banded stone figure is carved in an onyx style, accompanied by other smaller stone-carved elephants. Metal figures in a pewter style and naturalistic resin models are also included. A notable art glass figurine featuring a red and yellow swirled interior is mounted on a square white marble plinth; the front of the plinth bears a black adhesive label reading HAND MADE BY BECKHURST EASTBOURNE. The figurines are accompanied by five brass-framed glass display units: a house-shaped cabinet with a mirrored back and frosted square grid patterns, a three-tier rectangular shelf, and three circular revolving stands with faceted mirror sides and mirrored tops.

Condition report:

The collection and display units appear to be in good decorative condition. The white glazed ceramic elephant shows minor surface scuffing (photo 5). There is light surface dust and smudging present on the glass and mirrored panels of the display cases (photo 1). No major chips, cracks, or structural damage are visible in the photographs, although minor flea bites or losses to the delicate extremities of the smaller figures may be present. The revolving stands and cabinets appear structurally sound.
