A collection of assorted Christmas decorations including an artificial spruce tree in its original retail box. The tree is identified by the printed text on the cardboard packaging as a “HOMEBASE California Spruce Artificial Tree 90cm / 3ft high (approx)”, also featuring the product code “222718” and a barcode. The lot further comprises a circular wreath constructed from gold-toned painted natural pine cones, decorated with red fabric bows, red artificial berries, and a single red poinsettia flower. A tabletop or wall arrangement is included, featuring artificial greenery, pine cones, and red baubles set within a gold-painted plastic basket-style base. A large assortment of loose tree ornaments is contained within a vintage cardboard box with a partial adhesive label reading “DOUBLE CONTAINS… CHRISTMAS CRACKERS”. These ornaments include a blue plastic star tree topper, various glass and plastic baubles in red, gold, blue, and purple, silver-toned filigree stars, miniature gift-wrapped box ornaments, and novelty figures including a snowman, a mushroom, and a red lantern.
Condition report:
The Homebase tree box is in poor condition with heavy wear, significant crushing, creasing, and multiple tape repairs (photo 1). The cracker box used for ornament storage shows significant age-related wear, torn edges, and yellowed tape (photo 1). The decorations exhibit various signs of use; some older glass baubles show finish loss and there is loose glitter throughout the collection (photo 2). The gold-painted finishes on the pine cone wreath and the basket-base arrangement show minor scuffing and loss of pigment (photo 3 and 4). The internal condition and completeness of the artificial tree are unverified as it remains packaged.
