A collection of assorted European banknotes primarily from the pre-Euro era, featuring currencies from Yugoslavia, Portugal, Cyprus, Malta, and Austria. The group includes two Yugoslavian 20,000 Dinara notes, series 1987, featuring a printed portrait of a miner with the serial numbers BE 43938 and BE 4175405. Also present is a Yugoslavian 100 Dinara note, series 1986, with a printed statue vignette and serial number BZ 7400511, alongside smaller 10 and 50 Dinara denominations. Portuguese currency is represented by multiple 100 Escudos notes from the 1988 series, decorated with a central rose motif and geometric patterns. The lot further comprises several Cypriot notes including 1 Pound denominations dated 1997 and 1998, and a 5 Pound note dated 2001 with serial number H 653118. Two Maltese 1 Lira notes from the 1989 series, an Austrian 100 Schilling note dated 1984, and a Balkan 5,000 denomination note with serial number H 8688704 are also included.

Condition report:

All notes are in heavily circulated condition. Visible defects include significant vertical and horizontal creasing across all examples, most notably on the Yugoslavian 20,000 Dinara notes and the Cypriot 1 Pound notes. There is widespread edge wear, multiple dog-eared corners, and soft folding throughout the collection. Some notes exhibit staining and minor surface soiling, particularly evident on the central Yugoslavian 100 Dinara and the Portuguese 100 Escudos notes. No third-party grading is present.
