A group of six cold-painted figurines depicting a jazz ensemble, possibly crafted from a cast resin or ceramic material. The collection comprises a lead singer in a yellow suit with a microphone, a seated pianist in a green jacket and black hat, a seated drummer in a white shirt and red tie, and three standing musicians playing the double bass, saxophone, and trumpet respectively. The musicians, with the exception of the singer and drummer, are uniform in attire, featuring green jackets, red ties, and black trousers. The instruments are finished in gold and brown tones. The set includes a separate upright piano and a four-piece drum kit. The front of the bass drum is marked with the word JAZZ in handwritten black script. The underside of the pianist’s seat shows a red felt-like material. No manufacturer marks, signatures, or country-of-origin labels are visible on the figurines.

Condition report:

The collection shows several instances of damage and surface wear. The upright piano has a significant vertical crack and loss of material on the right-hand side of the upper casing (photo 15). The trumpeter figurine exhibits noticeable paint loss and scuffing on the top of the head (photo 6). General surface dust and minor paint rubbing are present across the ensemble, particularly on the hair and the edges of the bases. The microphone stand for the lead singer appears slightly bent (photo 20). The drummer\'s sticks are separate components and show minor surface wear (photo 24).
