A pair of three-way bookshelf speaker systems featuring black wood-grain finish cabinets and gold-tone decorative driver surrounds. Each unit is fitted with three drivers behind a fixed black mesh grille, including a large woofer and two smaller drivers. The rear panels are constructed from unpainted particle board and each carries a white rectangular adhesive label printed in black text reading SPEAKER SYSTEM, MODEL NO. : PS 580M, IMPEDANCE: 8Ω, and NOMINAL INPUT: 30 WATTS. Additionally, a smaller white adhesive label is affixed to the bottom left of each rear panel bearing the printed serial number K 00800497. The speakers are equipped with integrated red and black speaker wire outputs. The cabinets are finished with a textured black wood-effect veneer.
Condition report:
The speakers appear in good used condition. A small impact dent is visible on the lower-left corner of one cabinet (photo 1). There is a minor accumulation of dust along the top edges and within the mesh grilles of both units (photo 1). The rear particle board panels show light age-related discolouration, and the integrated wires are intact with no visible fraying (photo 2). The drivers and gold-tone surrounds appear secure behind the grilles with no visible damage to the cones. The units are sold as untested.
