A large collection of military-themed toys, figures, and dioramas in various scales and materials. This assortment features a high volume of plastic toy soldiers in traditional poses and various colours, including greens, tans, and reds. The lot includes a 1:144 scale model aircraft mounted on a black plastic display stand. The stand bears printed text in white with a Union Jack icon, reading: UNITED KINGDOM, 1945 Avro Lancaster B Mk I, 1:144. Also included are two naval vessels, one a battleship, housed within clear plastic internal blister packaging. The collection further comprises a large grey plastic castle with red-topped turrets, several sections of hand-painted ruined buildings, sandbag walls, and plastic foliage elements. Vehicles present include a camouflage-patterned helicopter and a green tank. The figures represent multiple eras, primarily 20th-century infantry alongside some indigenous American figures.
Condition report:
The collection is in play-worn condition with visible dust and surface soiling across all components (photo 1). Several plastic figures exhibit bent limbs and weapons (photo 3). The building ruins show significant paint loss and wear to the surface finish (photo 2). The clear plastic protective covers for the naval models are scuffed, dusty, and show some distortion (photo 1). The castle and building sections show minor structural wear and their completeness as sets cannot be confirmed. The external cardboard storage box is heavily worn with structural damage to the corners.
